2. How can I return a package?

To request a return of your item(s):

  1. Log into your account;
  2. In the "Order History" section of your account click on the order number containing the item you wish to return;
  3. Checkmark the corresponding item(s) you wish to return and provide detailed reason(s) for your return;
  4. Click the button "RMA Request" to submit your request;
  5. When the status of your return request has been changed to "Waiting for package", print a copy of a return slip from the "Merchandise Returns" section of your account and include it in your return package prepared according to the return conditions.

We strongly suggest that you fully insure the package you are returning and use a traceable method of shipping which includes a tracking number so that you can provide proof of delivery if necessary, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Whenever the status of your return is changed, you will be notified by e-mail. You can also check the status of your return anytime in the "Merchandise Returns" section of your account.
