4. I have received an incorrect item or it was damaged during shipping, what should I do?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and advise you to contact us immediately if there were any issues with your purchase. All shortages, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In the event that you are shipped an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it free of charge or accept the item(s) back and offer you a full refund.

If the item was damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier and either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
